Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us through the quote form

When you send us a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, the city you select from our service-area list, whatever job details you type in (what has to go, access notes, timing), and any photos you choose to upload.

2. Information collected automatically

Every quote submission also logs your IP address and browser/device user-agent string. This is standard fraud and spam prevention — it is not used to identify you personally beyond that.

If you arrived from a Google or Meta ad, we also capture the tracking identifiers in the page URL (parameters like gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid) and any UTM campaign tags, so we know which ad brought the lead in. These ride along with the same submission — we don’t run separate ad-tracking scripts beyond this.

3. How we use this information

• To price your job and get back to you with one flat number.
• Your submitted photos are forwarded internally so the right person can review them and confirm your price.
• Your name, phone, city, and job details are stored in our internal lead system so we can follow up and keep a record of the job.
• We send ourselves an email notification of every quote request, with your photos attached, so nothing gets missed.

4. Photos: how long we keep them

Quote photos are used to price your job and brief whoever handles the pickup, and are deleted once your job is quoted and complete. We don’t reuse your photos for marketing, and we don’t keep them beyond what’s needed to get your job done.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how visitors use the site — which pages get traffic, roughly how people arrived, and general usage patterns. We also track when a visitor taps a phone number or email address anywhere on the site, so we know our contact links are actually working. None of this identifies you personally beyond standard analytics data.

6. Spam and abuse protection

The quote form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check and a per-visitor rate limit to keep automated spam submissions out. If either flags a submission as suspicious, it’s still safe — a real customer is never blocked over it.

7. We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. It’s used to quote and complete your job, full stop.
