No. We’re a hauling service, not a charity. Charities do offer free pick-up for items they accept, on their schedule. You pay us when you want the whole load gone at once, on your timing, including the pieces they’d decline.

Do I get a tax receipt for donated furniture?

That’s the charity’s call, not ours. Most donation centres don’t issue tax receipts for furniture. What we send you is our donation receipt showing which items were dropped off and where, so you know they weren’t landfilled.

What condition does furniture need to be in to donate?

Clean, structurally sound, and free of rips, stains, and pet damage — donation centres are strict because they have to be. Send photos and we’ll tell you honestly which pieces have a shot at a second life.

Why this page exists
