Junk Removal in Etobicoke

Etobicoke spreads wide: bungalow streets in the Kingsway and Alderwood, waterfront condos at Humber Bay Shores, and deep garages across Rexdale. Wide lots and detached garages mean big single loads with room to work — reno debris and garage clearouts dominate the calendar out here.

A flat price from your photos, confirmed on arrival before we touch anything — never a mid-job surprise.

From the Kingsway to the lakeshore

Etobicoke is really several places. The Kingsway and Humber Valley Village have 1930s to 50s homes on curving streets, many of them stone and brick with finished basements. Alderwood, Markland Wood and Eringate are mostly 1950s and 60s bungalows and side-splits. Down on the lake, Mimico, New Toronto and Long Branch began as separate municipalities and still have small older houses and low walk-up apartment buildings.

The walk-ups are the hard ones: no elevator, narrow stairwells, and everything carried down by hand. The houses are easier. Most have a driveway, and many have a detached garage at the back that has been holding tools, bikes and paint cans for decades.

Humber Bay condos and the north end

Humber Bay Shores, at Lake Shore Boulevard and Park Lawn, is a wall of newer condo towers. There are more around Islington and Kipling stations. Jobs there are elevator jobs: a booked service elevator, a loading area, and sometimes a certificate of insurance for management, which we supply on request.

North of the 401, Rexdale and Thistletown mix 1960s houses, townhouse complexes and apartment towers. The usual jobs in that stock are garage clearouts and basement-suite turnovers between tenants.

Renovation debris and the City program

Etobicoke is City of Toronto for waste, like the rest of the city. Houses on curbside collection can put oversized items out on collection day for free, while condos and apartments on private collection generally can't. Renovation debris isn't part of the curb program anywhere in Toronto. We price it by weight, as debris, from your photos. See construction debris removal or garage cleanouts.

Where your Etobicoke load goes

Etobicoke sits in Toronto, so your load follows City of Toronto’s disposal rules. Donation and recycling come first, with receipts on the diverted share, and the rest goes to the right facility. The flat price you approve already reflects that routing.
