Electronics & E-Waste Removal in Toronto

Electronics can’t go in Toronto garbage, and Ontario’s free drop-off depots only help if you can load the car and make the trip. We pick up the dead tech, from one heavy old TV to a basement’s worth, and deliver it to electronics recycling, priced flat from your photos.

A flat price from your photos, confirmed on arrival before we touch anything — never a mid-job surprise.

What this covers

  • TVs — flat panels and heavy old CRT tubes
  • Computers, laptops, monitors, printers and peripherals
  • Stereos, speakers, cable boxes, and the drawer of dead cables
  • Microwaves and small electric appliances

How it works

  1. 1Send photos of the electronics — a pile is fine
  2. 2Flat price back, alone or added to a bigger load
  3. 3We carry it out — basements, condos, upstairs offices
  4. 4Everything routes to electronics recycling, not the curb

Why this page exists

Honest version: Ontario has free electronics drop-off depots, and if you can lift it, load it, and make the trip, use one. What you pay us for is the lifting and the trip — a 40-kilogram tube TV up basement stairs is exactly the job this page exists for.

What affects the price

  • Volume and weight — CRT TVs and old monitors are heavy
  • Access — basement stairs, condo elevators, carry distance
  • Standalone pickup vs. added to a larger junk load — bundling costs less

Frequently asked

Can I put a TV or computer in the garbage in Toronto?
No. Electronics are banned from Toronto garbage collection. They have to go to an electronics recycling depot, which is where everything we pick up ends up.
What about the data on my old computer?
We don’t wipe drives and won’t pretend otherwise. If the data matters, pull the hard drive before pickup and keep or destroy it yourself — the rest of the machine still recycles the same way.
Do you take batteries, paint, or other hazardous waste?
No. Hazardous waste needs licensed drop-off, and our What We Don’t Take page lists where those go. Electronics themselves are fine: that’s exactly what this service is for.
