What full-service means here

You point, we carry. The crew does all of the lifting, loading and hauling, from any floor, and sweeps the space before leaving. You don't need to drag anything to the driveway or bag it first.

A typical load is a mix. Think an old couch, a mattress, boxes from a closet, a broken treadmill and whatever has been sitting in the corner. That is the job this page covers. How a photo becomes a flat price

Stand back and take one wide photo with the whole pile in the frame. Then take close-ups of anything heavy or awkward, like a sofa bed, a fridge or a solid-wood dresser. Add one photo of the way out: the stairs, the hallway, the elevator or the lane.

From those we work out how much of the truck your load fills, which items carry disposal surcharges, and how long the carry takes. You get one number back by text. We confirm it at your door before touching anything. If the load is bigger than the photos showed, you approve the new number or cancel at no charge.

Where your stuff goes after the truck

We sort as we load. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation partners. Metal, electronics and other divertable material go to recycling. Only what's left goes to a transfer station, and you get receipts for the donated and recycled share.

Some things we can't take, like suspected asbestos or large amounts of household chemicals. What we don't take lists them, with who to call instead. In a house on City curbside collection with no deadline? Toronto's free oversized-item pickup may be the better deal, and we'll tell you so.

From your photos, by volume and item type. You approve a flat price before we book, and we confirm it in person before any work starts. If the job matches your photos, the price never moves.

What if the job is bigger than my photos showed?

We re-confirm the price with you at the door before touching anything. You can approve the adjusted number or cancel on the spot at no charge. No mid-job surprises, ever.

Do you actually donate and recycle?

Yes. Anything usable goes to donation partners and divertable material goes to recycling. We send you the receipts so you can see where your stuff went.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Not much. Unplug appliances, and have any gas or water lines disconnected by a professional. Point out anything that stays when we arrive. The carrying, loading and sorting are our job.
