Junk Removal in Cornell
Cornell is newer new-urbanist blocks with rear-lane garages and tight front setbacks, so most loading happens off the back lane. Young-family volume — outgrown gear, packaging, basement reno offcuts — makes up most clears, all priced flat from your photos.
A flat price from your photos, confirmed on arrival before we touch anything — never a mid-job surprise.
Where your Cornell load goes
Cornell sits in Markham, so your load follows York Region (east)’s disposal rules. Donation and recycling come first, with receipts on the diverted share, and the rest goes to the right facility. The flat price you approve already reflects that routing.
