Junk Removal in Downtown & the Waterfront

The downtown core and the waterfront condo corridor are vertical work: booked service elevators, concierge sign-in, corridor protection and loading-dock windows. We carry out of the unit so nothing sits in a shared hallway, and the flat price already accounts for the building, not just the couch.

A flat price from your photos, confirmed on arrival before we touch anything — never a mid-job surprise.

Towers, lofts and a few row houses

Most of downtown is condo towers: CityPlace, South Core, the Harbourfront, the St. Lawrence area and the long run of buildings along Yonge and Bay. Liberty Village and King West add loft conversions and newer mid-rises. The house pockets, like Cabbagetown and Corktown, are Victorian row houses with narrow halls and no driveway.

In almost every tower, a move-out needs a booking. That means a service elevator for a set window, sometimes a deposit, and a loading dock with a height limit. We book it with management, pad the elevator, protect the corridor and supply a certificate of insurance on request. Send us the building's move rules with your photos and they go into the plan.

Lockers and street loading

Storage lockers are a job of their own. Many downtown units come with a locker on a parking level. That is where the old bike, the spare mattress and the boxes from the last move end up. Photograph the locker as well as the unit and one price covers both.

When a building has no usable dock, the truck parks on the street, and downtown streets have rules. There are rush-hour no-stopping zones, streetcar tracks on King, Queen, Spadina and Dundas, and bike lanes. We plan the loading spot and timing around them. Most condos have private garbage collection, so the City's free oversized-item pickup generally does not reach them.

Where your Downtown & the Waterfront load goes

Downtown & the Waterfront sits in Toronto, so your load follows City of Toronto’s disposal rules. Donation and recycling come first, with receipts on the diverted share, and the rest goes to the right facility. The flat price you approve already reflects that routing.
